Turkish sweet





  • Ingredients


    • - Butter: 7 tbsp
    • - Flour: 5 tbsp
    • - Sugar: half a cup
    • - Hot water: 4 tbsp
    • - Sesame: two large tablespoons (for decoration)

    • How to prepare 

    • 1. Heat the butter to melt in a saucepan over medium heat.

    • 2. Add flour and stir until smooth.

    • 3. Move the mixture until the flour has been sautéed and golden.

    • 4. Add sugar with water and mix for 15 minutes until the ingredients dissolve.

    • 5. Let the mixture cool down a bit and then form medium balls and sprinkle a little sesame on the face.

    • 6. Enter the candy for the refrigerator until serving.
